| FASTING:
as of saturday, june 16th, 2007 to the end of august..
i am fasting sports.
sports as in: NO sportscenter, NO espn in general, NO espn.com/yahoo!sports or any of the sports' sites.
that means no more sportscenter at 10 or 11pm and i will remove espn as my homepage and take delete my bookmarks online. and i can not talk about sports where i am asking for scores and what's going on in the world of sports.
so as my friends.. any time you see me in contact with the tv/internet with sports.. hit me.
thanks for keeping me accountable!

** edit: for clarification purposes.. i am fasting sports for stmers. in addition to financially supporting them.. prayer and fasting is where my heart is for this team. so yeahh.. i will stay strong and do this!
